Can I use My GRE score instead of a GMAT score to get into a B-School?

Yes, you can use your GRE score as an admission prerequisite for many of the top B-Schools. This is possible because GRE test was revised in 2011 to make it look like GMAT. Though GRE and GMAT differ significantly in their test structures and content, they both test your reasoning and analytical skills. These two skills, ETS & GMAC claim, are reliable predictors of your potential success as graduate and B-school students. As mentioned above, GRE in its new avatar is quite similar to GMAT. ETS has developed a comparison tool to help B-school to compare GRE score to GMAT scores. Therefore  you can apply to most B-schools with your GRE score.
